About OFFER

We got tired of watching good people apply into silence.

The Founders’ Story

OFFER came from experience, not theory.

2025

A class project became a real company.

OFFER started as Ryan Crawford's entrepreneurship and venture management class project at the University of Oklahoma. As president of the Beta Epsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, Ryan kept hearing the same frustration from capable students. They were doing the work and still struggling to get noticed. A class assignment had become a problem worth solving.

The Founders

Two different paths led to the same conclusion.

Ryan brought the idea to William Marable, who knew the silence firsthand. William had applied to hundreds of internships and jobs and heard nothing from 99 percent of them. That was enough evidence for both of them. They decided to build a hiring platform that treats candidates like people, not submissions in a queue.

Today

We prepare people, then help them get hired.

OFFER helps people early in their careers introduce themselves through video profiles, build real soft skills, and discover opportunities through an interactive job feed. Recruiters get a curated talent pool without the spam, and conversations begin when a candidate chooses to reach out. The point is simple: help people show what they can do and arrive better prepared for every interview.

“If hard-working business students are having issues, there’s a problem with the system.”
