An OFFER You Can’t Refuse

Delta Sigma Pi’s July 2026 issue of The DELTASIG features OFFER co-founders Ryan Crawford and William Marable and the experience that pushed them to rethink early-career hiring.

Reporter Abbey Schneider traces OFFER back to Ryan’s 2025 entrepreneurship and venture management class project at the University of Oklahoma. Feedback from Beta Epsilon Chapter members made the problem plain: capable students were doing the work and still struggling to get seen.
